New Sheriff In Town
To toughen up referees a new sheriff has been hired to train referees. They will learn to shoot faster than their shadows, fight like demons, drink whiskey like water and draw a yellow card before the player even thinks of reaching for his Colt. The linesmen will also have horses to cover territory faster and the 4th official will have special sniper training.
